I'm pretty mixed about this one.

On the one hand, everything looks whimsical and wacky like you'd expect Wonderland to be - but on the other hand, it's a pain in the ass to clean it all due to this ffs.

As with all these DLCs, I'm not into any of the franchises (just got them to 100% the game), and this was one of the more frustrating ones because of how wonky a lot of the 3D models are.

If you're into the franchise or want to 100% the game, it's worth grabbing on sale - but I still think all these DLCs should be like $6 by default.

I guess I'll recommend it since it feels accurate to wonderland (and has no vehicles - huzzah!), but I would advise a bit of caution if you intend to buy it.

I'm not into Warhammer, so I can't speak for how accurate this is to the series or what have you - however, as PowerWash levels these are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ painful.

Every damn level is some kind of vehicle with super-intricate details, and it takes *so long* to get through ffs.

I got this to 100% the game, so if you want to do the same it's worth grabbing on a sale (also applies if you're into Warhammer) - but outside of those 2 examples, I'd say to avoid it due to how painful every level is.

I don't like how this is "the movie set hired you" instead of being able to interact with the characters, but oh well.

I'm not into the movies, but other than that, this isn't as good as the spongebob one because of all the damn tiny vehicle parts ffs.

Still worth getting if you want to 100% the game though, but if you don't (and aren't into the franchise) then I'd say to skip it. Vehicles are annoying af and they make up 80% of this DLC.

I'm not into spongebob, but these levels are pretty fun and have several references for anyone who can find them (even i noticed a few lol).

I do think the base price should be $5 or so, as there's only 6 levels + free play. Feels like they could've added some cosmetics or something (and re-skinned the star system to make it thematic instead of tossing it out entirely).

The background story that takes place across the campaign is fine, as well - but i get busy powerwashing and kinda forget this game even has a narrative delivery system in place lol.

Still though, it's worth getting on sale - especially if you're into spongebob.

I bought this last week because Jauwn used it as background footage in some of his videos lol.

And damn, is it addicting. It's strangely captivating to clean all the things, and the side stories that happen through all the text messages are great.

It'd be nice if upgrades (or payments) were adjusted a bit though, as you're able to buy all the washers & upgrades before the last few levels of the career mode if you've done every level in it (and the fact that you don't get an even 200 stars total bothers me lol)

It'd also be great if the indicator for highlighted parts was clearer (at least on small items. Had to run around like a madman on that damn boot house to find the 1 trim i missed ffs). The to-do list auto-highlighting the last few things you've got left would be nice too (perhaps as a setting?).

Also hoping they fix the bug that makes cosmetics forget to stay equipped. Bit annoying to have to re-do my purple suit in every level.

But other than those those couple of points (and that one bullshitingly-hard achievement), this is a great game. Give it a wash through.

You don't put toasters on top of the fridge ffs.

I'd also say to wait for a sale. $20 is a bit too much for a puzzle gane imo.

Neat puzzle game otherwise though, but damn is the final level long af.

A nice chill cleaning game, although the last 2 achievements I've got left are gonna be annoying.

A great classic game that works surprisingly well on modern systems. If only the same could be said about Nights...

In summary: peggle pog.

annoying how it's low-res and stuck in a 4:3 box though, but it is ancient so i can forgive it.

Having Peggle do a cross-over with Half-Life, Portal, and TF2 is amazing and I love it.

I choose to believe this is canon cuz it'd be so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ funny. The Combine just taking a quick detour to ♥♥♥♥ with the peggle characters is great lmao.

My only complaint is that you can't choose a character for the challenges, and the entire game is pretty short (only being 5 or 10 levels) - but it was basically only made to promote The Orange Box, so I suppose that's understandable.

Either way though, it's free - so you have no reason not to play it.

The last few challenges pretty hard though, so make sure you're ready to retry a few times (especially the one to clear all the pegs).

I'll avoid making too many comparisons since this is a demo for a in-development game, but for now here's my list of a few things I found in the 10 minutes I tried this for.

Firstly, it feels like a candy-themed rip-off of Satisfactory, but without even some basic systems from it - for example, you have to build 2 different structures just to use power poles. No sensible game should make it that pointlessly complicated.

- The demo is 12 gigabytes for no reason. I can't think of a single demo that's ever taken up that much space - hell, my top 5 favourite games combined take up less than it.

- The concept isn't bad. I personally enjoy factory builders that try to have a unique theme, but the entire artstyle looks like an asset pack - and I know asset packs are meant for random demos & repetitive content, but I feel like this needs a more unique style if it wants to stand a chance against the tsunami of new release Steam has every year
- The powergen blocks shouldn't ask you to set a recipe - you just add fuel to the slot and it starts working
- As mentioned above, power poles are stupid since they require an entire separate block to function for no reason

- The tech tree seems fine in concept, but kind of fails in execution. Satisfactory & others have little pop-ups on the side that remind you what you've unlocked, and this should have one too
- Your hotbar should not count as inventory slots, or be included in the inventory UI. It's annoying to look for something then realize it's on the bottom of the screen.

- The entire build system is awful imo. I think it's mostly because I despise radial wheels for stuff, but it's very annoying to have to open up then scroll through 3+ random wheels of ♥♥♥♥ when a regular UI does the exact same thing infinitely better. It's at least responsive, but either way it could use an overhaul.

That's about it. Given a couple more years of development, the final game could be a decent edition to any Satisfactory player's library - but as-is, it just made me want to play Satisfactory since that does the same thing better.
