Hard to start rogue lite, but You do get lots of permanent upgrades if you keep trying and dying and collecting the time cubes, after unlocking some new pilots upgrades will eventually include also the so sought i-frames
for hull.
If you are vulnerable for acute depression don not't buy this game!
For others just keep dying and collecting the fun will emerge after hundreds of Game overs or so, if you just keep collecting the space cubes...and trying different characters and builds in your ship & squadron????

Pretty good arena fighting game, with deep learning curve.

+ Skull mashing and dismemberment with a Swords, Hammers, Axes, Spears, maces, flails, frying pans black and golden ones
+ many cool armor and weapon variations available for a successful gladiators
+ early access: more choices to come

- No game-pad control
- mouse control is based on location of the tiny cursor, which even dims in blocking mode so it keeps disappearing especially in dark arenas, lost blocking cursor = failed block
- sometimes character just likes to run at circles, sometimes he follows the cursor, sometimes only way to turn character is to go block mode and then he slowly turns at the cursor location
- looks simple but physics calculations tolls surprisingly heavy just couple of years old gaming hardware
- early access: Some features in the meta game aren't working as intended
- sometimes crashes when returning from the arena, still the game state after the reload were succesfully restored from the game save

As My opinion this is promising game, please do remember this is early access.
If You want to support development of this pretty unique game buy now, if You are looking for fully polished game go for some other title.

Viikinkiaiheinen early access moninpeli, johon tulee uutta tavaraa ja tehtävää päivitys päivitykseltä. Peli ei ole vielä läheskään valmis vaan mm. osa biomeista on vailla vihollisia ja kaikkia pomohirviöitäkään ei ole vielä pelissä. Peli on ollu kuitenkin yllättävän vakaa early access peliksi viimeaikoina ainakin minun ja kaverien koneella.

+ kiinnostava ja hyvin avoin maailma seilata tai vaeltaa jalkaisin
+ omalaatuinen graafinen tyyli

- omalaatuinen graafinen tyyli (low polygon tyyli on liika retro joidenkin mielestä)
- Peli on yhä early access niin ei muutoksia ja lisäyksiä on luvassa jatkossakin

I spent couple of weeks doing other stuff, now Vermintide 2 would like to force me to waste my free time to replay the useless prologue with idiot bots, without any promise that I would reclaim my characters after that.

Vermintide 2 is now uninstalled and ignored as well as all forthcoming Fatshark games.

Arena battler vs AI, slash to kill and collect bullets, shoot just to kill.

+ hard tasks to unlock new items and weapons for forthcoming runs
- Cannot remap controller buttons
- Only one arena map where is annoying wall obstructing mob visibility at bottom

Would recommended this game for this low prize for everyone but not to able redefine buttons for controller makes this game too clunky for many controller users.

Very good mission based co-op shooter with good amount of visual unlocks and pretty decent skill tree to customize your characters.
It's also possible to do all missions solo, but much harder and slightly more boring because lot's of missing synergy between characters.
