I finished my first play-through of the game last night. I haven't been able to function since. 10/10

If you're like me and prefer more than just an idle game where big number go up, but instead enjoy the more active aspects of idle games then this is definitely one for you. There's so much more than a single number increasing like in more iconic idle games such as Cookie Clicker or Clicker Heroes. Instead, this feels much more like an adventure, with NPCs who give you quests ranging from killing creatures, collecting items and exploring to more complicated quests such as, for some ungodly reason, doing maths to calculate the correct amount of coins that should be on the floor (totally not salty).

I can understand why a lot of people dislike the fact that it's "pay to win", and I have certainly spent my share of money on the game, maybe a little too much, but I do believe that it's just as fun without spending anything. In fact, as much as I enjoy speeding up the progress to feel a little of that serotonin, I also feel as if it's less rewarding to do that than it is to wait it out just that extra day. Plus, with the game in early access still, there's honestly no rush. I think that, if you're reading this review and considering picking up the game, you can catch up to the most recent content without spending a penny, it'll just take a couple months which is what one should expect from such a game.
