VTOL VR is phenomenal. Plane sims have existed in VR for a while now, but all of them either needed a controller, or didn't get the motion controls right. That is, until now. This is perfect.

I'm not a plane nerd, and I've never taken to flight simulators, but the pure thrill of flying a plane in VR is only multiplied by the fact that actually, it's quite difficult. The sense of achievement I get from playing this game is something akin to learning to drive in real life, but 100x more fun and exciting. Just flying around, taking off and landing is a joy, let alone the actual missions. While the actual game still lacks playable content the workshop is full of GENUINELY GOOD levels.

That being said, they've nailed the balance with the difficulty. This isn't a hyper real plane sim so complete fanatics may be disappointed. To me though this is it's greatest strength - it's complicated enough, without being impossible to learn and control with clunky VR controllers.

Overall, if you're desensitized to the wonders of VR and need that feeling of wonder again, this game will provide. If you're new to VR, this is the game for you. Buy it.

I cannot begin to describe what a masterful work this game is. I don't ever leave reviews on Steam, but I feel like I have to in this case.

Return of the Obra Dinn is the only game I've played that comes anywhere close to a proper detective game. The monstrous task that lays before you at the start of this game so overwhelming it's terrifying - and yet after hours of deduction, it is entirely possible without cheating.

Let me say this now - this game is seriously hard. And not in any conventional way. There is no hand holding in this game. Yet somehow, there's never a point where you feel angry at the game for any nonsensical solutions - all the answers are there - it's up to you to find them.

Also, it's been mentioned a thousand times but the art style is GORGEOUS. So gorgeous in fact, that my mum, who's never even played a video game since the Wii, stopped and asked me what the game was. So I guess, if you were a slightly sexist advert, you could put it in the Mum Approved category too.

Play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, and don't let yourself spoil it. The feeling of achievement at the end is unparalled.

While the puzzles in this game aren't quite as intricate and complex as the previous game, they are still brilliant and enjoyable to complete. However the thing that sets this game apart is the surprisingly and genuinely creepy and involving universe it's set in. The locations and storyline are, at least for a mobile port, incredibly engaging. I genuinely got scared a few times. More than worth your money.

My least favourite genre of game is point and click and yet this is one of the most emotional gaming experiences I've ever had. Play it through in one piece and you'll experience something truly unique. Get it.
