I originally preordered this game and, like most of the community, was disappointed with what it offered, but I respected the developers for sticking with the game and releasing so much extra content, so i decided to give it another go.
I began working through an expedition to familiarise myself with the game, but i was disappointed to find a buggy mess. many of the gameplay mechanics are a lot of fun, the space combat is really enjoyable and the customisation options are great, but the game is let down by the lack of clarity in its objectives as well as game breaking bugs. in just a few hours of playing, i experienced a full crash of the game when leaving my ship, moments where frame rate made the game unplayable, and the last straw was falling through the floor of a freight ship forcing me into an endless loop of dying. will not be playing this game again.
