About Me
the_rabidsquirel
I always try to use "the_rabidsquirel" (or as close to it as possible) everywhere I go. It started quite a ways back in the early days of the PS3 when I made my PSN account, and I really liked squirrels, so I wanted "the_rabid_squirrel" or some variation. Due to what was taken and a 16 character limit I settled on this, and out of attachment now I always try to use it, squirrel with one 'r' and all. As a nickname I usually go by Rabid and I've grown very fond of the name over the years.

Team Fortress 2
I'm a huge TF2 fan, and I've definitely spent more time and money in it than any other game in my life. I used to host a 1:1 weapon trade (which this info box used to be exclusively for), as I didn't think it was fair for new players to pay a scrap for a weapon they wanted. Due to how insanely big and popular https://scrap.tf has become though and how it'd been a long time since I helped anyone, I figured I'd scrap the weapons and just not bother anymore. If you're looking for TF2 weapons for as cheap as possible then definitely give the site a look. I kept track, and while I ran the exchange I did 58 trades exchanging 98 weapons. It's not much, but I take pride in those numbers knowing I helped at least a small amount of players.

Other Games
I grew up with Sony and a bit of Nintendo, and now I'm definitely a PC gamer. Next to TF2:
I love RPGs, one of my favourites definitely being Fallout: New Vegas. Legend of Legaia on the PS1 wins the nostalgia award, and is without a doubt my all-time favourite game.
Bastion and Transistor are some of my favourite games, short but expertly crafted. Everything about them is fantastic, the gameplay, art style, soundtrack, and voice acting.
I'm a big Legend of Zelda fan, and the Spyro and Crash Bandicoot trilogies on the PS1 are all great. I've also played the Spyro and Crash remasters, and they're both excellent and very faithful to the originals. Crash 4: It's About Time was phenomenal, I can only hope for a modern Spyro game.
While I don't care for PvP multiplayer, TF2 has been the exception, I'm a sucker for a good single player or co-op shooter experience. Unreal, Half-Life, Ratchet and Clank, Halo, Helldivers, Doom 2016, and Timeshift are all favourites.
Favourite games excellent for co-op or single player include Stardew Valley, Don't Starve/Don't Starve Together, Factorio, Satisfactory, Terraria, and Minecraft.

Completionism
So I'm absolutely a completionist when it comes to games. Have to collect everything, get all of the achievements, and do everything that can be done. This is both a blessing and a curse, especially when it comes to RPGs. On the one hand I can get a lot out of a game because there's usually a lot that can be done, but on the other hand that consumes a lot of my time and I don't check out new games as much.
