Early Access Review
Last Oasis is one of the best-designed PvP survival game on existence. This game provides a lot of features other survival games have tried to implement and have failed miserably at it.

The PvP in this game is amazing. There is nothing like melee PVP on a moving walker vehicle, while it has a collision with another enemy walker or how sometimes when the server lags severely when you have a hundred players on a dozen walkers all moving and fighting in a single area. It really works pretty well, (for the most part, unless for some reason you clip through the geometry and fall off, and get left behind). The physics system kinda gives up a bit when under extreme duress.)

The only major cons right now are the server issues. The game was built by a small development team, and initially, their back-end was unprepared to handle the load of tens of thousands of players doing stupid stuff. Things improve, but then something unexpected suddenly happens and now the servers have issues for a few days. The joys of early access, right?

After everything is said and done, the things this game does well vastly outweigh the downsides, in my opinion.

For a hardcore PvP survival MMO, it is a tier above the rest and will only get better over the next year or two. Just understand that going in solo vs a small group vs a large group will change your gameplay experience and will necessitate a change in how you play the game.

It is an open-world PvP MMO so you WILL encounter a larger group than you and you won't be able to do anything
