Quick tips!

If you want your game to run better : Turn on DLSS Performance, Turn off the post processing options (Film grain etc) , Turn down cascading shadow resolution, Turn down Volumetric resolution, Volumetric clouds medium or off (your preference).

Bonus : For better visual fidelity if you have a Nvidia gpu go to your Nvidia control panel > Manage 3D settings > Cyberpunk 2077 > Turn on image sharpening on default values.
