This is probably my favorite game of all time. The characters easily make up for some gaps in gameplay. The only drawback is you NEED to have the time and motivation to get invested. Its not a game you can just pick up and play and I think that holds it back for some. Plus chapter 5+6 definately fall behind in quality, and the epilogue content always feels unfinished. But in the end, the first 4 chapters and the fantastic story and world easily make up for any lapses.
