I have a delidded I7 6800k OC'd to 5ghz and a 1080 graphics card also OC'd and a 120hz monitor. The fact that I can't even play on Very High settings without frame rate drops and 100% cpu usage is beyond riduculous.

This is why people pirate games...not because they want it for free, but because companies like Ubisoft use software like VMProtect to try to discourage pirating but the person paying for the game ends up suffering. VMProtect is the culprit for using all of the system resources.
