I didn't even like puzzle games in the first place!

In today's world ruled by ignorance and mob mentality, when millions of people are eagerly hating other millions of people because media told them to, when misantropy and eco-radicalism became a norm, the faith in humanity is in a very high demand and short supply. And Talos Principle 2 provides. A piece of art where narrative, gameplay, gorgeous graphics and music work together in harmony. ΚΑΘΑΡΣΙΣ.

Because of this, this is not just a GOTY for me, but a game of a decade. Do you know many other games that shape you to become a better person?

I was sceptical about this mod at first (it's hard to make a masterpiece like Deus Ex even better) but nearly all the changes the mod authors have made are good ones (the only one I didn't like is the changed location of Smuggler in NY). Also, achievements.

Definitely recommended for (re)playing the old classic.

Recommended, but play the even better Battlezone 98 Redux first.

Absoultely recommended, but skip the Red Odyssey DLC (the missions are either broken or insanely hard to be enjoyable). The original US and USSR campaigns are great though.

Having seen that the developers are Polish I thought that the 'fun story' during Cold War will be russophobic on a planetary scale and boy was I right.

This is easily one of the most boring games I ever played (and I was gaming on PC since 90s). The graphics are nice (and were great when it was released) but there is literally nothing inside. I mean, it's a slasher, you whack at enemies with sharp or pointy things and that's all, what was I expecting? A new Severance perhaps? But somehow they managed to make the game so ultra boring, perhaps by adding this click-pause-click-pause-click-pause mechanic - it seems the other slashers didn't implement something like that for a good reason. It's like trying to watch a movie that constantly stops - just don't.

Boring gameplay on top of a boring story (I played as little as 'D-Day' and decided it's enough). Play AC: Odyssey instead, it has much better melee than this, not mentioning the other myriad of things that were out of scope of this Xbox exclusive.

Crashes at the end of a mission, couldn't complete even the first one.

The story is meh.

Worth your time for sure, action/strategy mix with an interesting story and setting.
