So a dear friend gifted this to me because I like Rebecca as a character and I've been playing the Resident Evil franchise as of late.

Let me TELL you the amount of suffering this game put me through, and how I managed to complete it only due to sheer will power.
The main issue with the game is that at times it feels like a drag, because you're often out of ammo or out of health, sometimes both because why not, and everytime you get your hands on a specific type of ammo, don't get attached to it because the game is about to throw a type of enemy that NEEDS the ammo you just got to die.
Majority of the healing herbs and sprays you get are at the last location, and you literally get a boss battle BEFORE a safe room. So the planning and pacing of the game is lackluster at best.
The concept of controlling two characters is actually really cool, and the puzzles are fun because of it, but half the time the AI screws you over, because they decide that they don't want to follow you anymore. So if you hadn't saved in a hot minute like I hadn't and decided to tackle a boss fight, be mindful that the AI is actually following you, because I lost a good amount of progress and had to redo it again after having thrown a massive tantrum.
The story is quite plain, you get the usual resident evil experience, the only thing that makes it unique (which is billy's backstory), you don't get a lot of explanation for.
The locations are okay, but most of the time they look similar and if you have no sense of direction like me, have FUN in a maze full of curveballs that this game loves to throw at you.

Would I play it again? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Am I glad I did it? Yes, because I did it for a good cause and I get to brag about what a stubborn jackass I am.
Should you do it? I DON'T KNOW. But if you are, expect to get screwed over a bunch of times unless you do your research before going into it.
