Arma 3 - I somehow always manage to weasle my way into command positions with absolutely no experience by being the unit mom and telling everyone what to do. I also ♥♥♥♥♥ myself out to unit commanders who always seem to have a crush on me which I abuse the absolute ♥♥♥♥ out of to do whatever I want with the unit. I do call of duty style zeusing and want to make everyone feel like the main character in my missions. Once I ran a 24hr KP Liberation server where I ran a troop sized british commando unit which I had a lot of fun running. I tried to start my own unit a few times but they all failed on account of being busy being an actual successful business woman.
