I gave it a chance because it was a game outside the box; few games currently dare to try different things. What I can say is that it was simply worth it, very much so.

The game evokes a feeling of loneliness, yet at the same time, of unity. Alone yet simultaneously helping and being helped by others. The storyline is absurd, unpredictable, it captivates the player from start to finish, and features great performances by renowned actors such as Mads Mikkelsen, Norman Reedus, Lea Seydoux, among others. It also boasts a spectacular soundtrack, truly remarkable. And when it comes to gameplay, as mundane as the premise may sound, it's very fun and addictive, with excellent mechanics. Don't draw conclusions from videos, play it.

The technical aspect is a spectacle with incredible graphics; the Decima Engine truly justifies its potential here. Additionally, it's well-optimized; you can buy it without fear as long as your PC meets the requirements.

I highly recommend it for those seeking something different from the norm, those who have the patience to understand the proposal and feel immersed in the game's universe. It's not for everyone; some won't like it (sorry for those people), but it's worth giving it a chance. I simply loved it; it's an experience I'll carry with me for life.

Positive points of the Director's Cut version include the addition of content, but in my opinion, the best part is the support for haptic feedback on the DualSense controller in the PC version. For those who have a DualSense, I highly recommend the upgrade.

Unite the divided.
