Like Civilization, but with 7,000 buttons and no sense of what to do. I tried to like it. I really did. I just could never get over that feeling of, "Okay, now what?" But I'm not a smart man. If you are, maybe you'll like it.

A step back from V. The AI doesn't act logically. The UI is trash compared to previous iterations (which is saying something.) Worst of all is the holding hostage of content. If I pay $60 for a game, it better be a complete game. If you release DLC two weeks later, you had it done all along and were just holding onto it to milk more money out of me.

Terrible port. Movement is clunky, button mappings are wonky and don't work have the time.
