bought platinum to buy the season pass and didn't got credited into my account. At the Blizzard's forum there was a lot of people with the same problem. Went to Steam support to get help and they told me to ask support to Blizzard. The Blizzard support asked me to RESET WIFI and CLEAN CACHE and unrelated stuff about transaction issues. I asked them again for support and they blamed Steam.

They charged me and gave me nothing. They don't take account of the problem and that's a scam. In the end the platinum was credited WEEKS later when I didn't wanted it anymore and they refused to refund it.

UPDATE: If there was any doubt, I quitted playing after the marked hours since the platinum issue. Now I can see they removed regional pricing for the game and microtransactions.
Blizzard is the same or worse than before the Microsoft's acquisition, something that its hard to believe because Microsoft tends to respect regional pricing. There is only hope that Microsoft takes account, because chargin 100 USD on South America + 10 USD for a cosmetic season pass, is a steal.

Long time has passed since Blizzard were a good company that had support offices on Argentina, when there was a two week refund policy. It's crazy how the company went down. If I could vote negative again, I would.
Just downloaded it now to help a friend, but... Blizzard, fix your ♥♥♥♥.
