I spent the entire game trying to trigger the mouse cursor to appear on the screen. I had to switch between my keyboard and mouse throughout my playthrough and that's the sole reason why I do not recommend this game. Instead of me indulging in a bittersweet story, I had to be annoyed by the issues that have not been solved even after 3 years of players reporting.

Pick it up when it's on sale to save yourself from feeling like the price is not worth your mood and time.

Here's the thing:

- I have a very huge farm; both crops and animals have been raised in this precious farm of mine.
- I have tons of fish, enough to make me go through the year.
- I have combat skills, I fight all those freakin' monsters inside the cave.
- I can do mining as good as fishing and farming.
- I cook super fast, I can say that it's just a split second.
- Even with this girlish body of mine, I'm also able to forage every single day.
- I'm beloved by other villagers. Such a good girl I am.
- And now I'm married, so happily married that I'm planning to have two kids soon.

Well, I'm a farmer, a forager, a fisherman, a miner, a warrior, a cooker, a wife and a soon-to-be mother.

My life is fabulous. I have everything I've ever asked for.
Well, I meant my life in Stardew Valley...

And what's about my real life?!
It's currently left in ruins!!!

So if you don't want your life in ruins like mine, I don't recommend you to play this game.

Wait a sec--
Why the hell did I press the button Yes to recommend this game?!!!

I loved the idea of sharing The Arctic People's culture through such an inspiring game. Aside from playing game, you would get to experience their cultural traditions, right from their perspectives which are amazing and rarely seen. The key of the game is its story. Please remind yourself to watch every single video, provided from your playthrough. You will surely have a lot to experience.

Even though I played in single-player mode, I also loved how you can play in co-op with a friend. You could switch to play the fox or the girl in the needed time even when you chose to play it in single-player. Well, I had to, because in some evidence I had to play as a fox and vice versa. It was fun!

The characters are cute. The relationship between the girl and the fox are beautiful. The puzzles are fun. The soundtracks are awesome. Great game, great story and great idea! The only reason I felt sorry for this game is its horrible controls. What a pity! So be patient and wait for some bug fixes, then you will have no regrets!

- Gorgeous artwork
- Great soundtracks
- Sweet story
- 100% achievements for one playthrough
- Achievements are so cute! (Well, I bought it, because I wanted to decorate my profile with the achievements.)
- Emoticons are also cute!
- Trading cards are beautiful!

Shan Gui is a 45-minute visual novel game. Too short for the price in my opinion. Better get it when it's on sale if you can. Voice acting is not so good. Anyway, I have such a cute Achievement Showcase, so I'm good!

Since To The Moon, Kan Gao did it again. That one game developer who can make people feel greatly attached to every each one of characters.

Do not expect something like To The Moon that has dialogues which players can absorb conversations between the characters. A Bird Story is a 1-hour interactive animation game, story-driven experience, played along with beautiful background music, very much less gameplay aside from walking and interacting with interactable objects and lighter story than To The Moon. It's a story about a young boy who saves an injured bird, then their friendship starts. Magically, fantasy-ish atmosphere and the affection between the boy and the bird, making you smile, lightly laugh a little, then smile a bit more.

Play it yourself to understand what pure wordless story-driven game can actually do.

Update [11 Nov @ 12am GMT+7]

+ Graphics, it was actually released in 2009. Even now it's still gorgeous to look at.
+ Soundtracks, as expected from FF series. Oh, man, how I love Kimi ga Iru Kara.
+ Gameplay, if you love turn-based JRPG kind of game, you will love it so much that you have fun with every combat and every turn you take.
+ Characters, Square Enix has always designed their Final Fantasy series' characters in a good pace, and Lightning in FFXIII is oh-so-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-beautifully-handsome, admit it! I hate Snow so much that I can't bare with him
+ Combats, if you are patient enough not to skip all tutorials, they all teach you how to do each combat in battle mode really well. You will get to understand how to do all combats easier and have much more fun if you get used to them as soon as possible.

+/- Story, as you know, it's very linear, so it's quite boring sometimes and... Square Enix used to do better than this, so yeah...
+/- Voiceover/Storate, dealing with country zones might annoy some people who want both international and Japanese, but then again it comes with 60GB which is way too heavy. I have no problem with it since I love playing Japanese game with only original Japanese language. (And I'd rather stay with 30GB)
+/- ESC Key, it's not very good User eXperience to design ESC key as a sudden quit out of the game without any confirmation (this will not happen when you play in windowed mode), but if you get used to it then it's ok, I think.

- Options/Settings, not good option design to configure, such as graphics/video quality, audio, keyboard/controller settings and it should be full controller support soon since it is ported from PS3/XBOX360 for God's sake.
- Resolutions, locked resolution only at 1280x720p, seriously?
- Lagging Issues, I found many cutscenes/scenes/battle mode while playing is quite lagged. Low frame rate when more objects appear on a screen. Even more lagging problems when SHIFT-TAB to access any guides/screenshots/etc.
- Crash, the game crashed from time to time while I was playings

I still stand my ground and DO recommend the game. I genuinely understand those who didn't recommend since I still feel dissapointed even now. I personally think it's not the game's fault, but the port itself. So...

Recommend: if you're a fan or never played FFXIII before, because you don't own PS3/XBOX360. Let's give it a try, if you do want to play. :)
Not Recommend: if you're not into the series or already own PS3/XBOX360, then play it on PS3/XBOX360 instead or wait for the port to get updated and have better improvement.

It's Final Fantasy, anyway. Just play it if you're a fan of the series. For now, we might have to deal with the way it is. (To be honest, I'm also dissapointed by this.) From my perspective, this FFXIII's PC version needs to be improved very soon. I'm looking forward to the patch updates.

Warning: For now, on Linux and Mac platforms, the features are still unstable, you won't get an achievement, after you finished the game, and a bonus game, which is attached into the game's folder. So try to avoid playing on Linux and play on Windows instead.

--------------------------------------------------

Have you ever met someone who loves doing a job for dying people, making their wishes come true? Only get supports from those who are going to die and only get accepted from those who are already dead? Most importantly, how hard does it take to get the job done? What will you receive after making other people's wishes come true since they will be already dead after that?

This game is all about the story of a dying old man and his one last wish. You will absorb its heart-felt story through your playing. The soundtracks keep your mood on a good pace throughout all the scenes. Great characters you would grow to love. Every character has its own important role that will effect your feeling in a quite good impact.

Its story simply, quietly, gently, made me shed tears. After I finished the game, I re-played all soundtracks and still felt so much feel. Give it a try. I'm sure It'd be worth every bit of both your cent and your time.

At first, I didn't expect the game to be this fun; I was wrong.

My first impression of the game was the art style, quite unique on its own. And after I decided to buy it and played through, it was getting more and more addictive. You will dig, dig, dig and find many precious things, then you will turn them into money, now you will take your money to buy stuff so you can dig, dig, dig better and faster.

The adaptation of your playthrough, where you try to upgrade yourself (level-up and upgrade weapon/armor), is very well done. The gameplay's design is architechtural well built. The monsters get smarter and harder to kill, while you get stronger along the way. And it's all up to how you improve your character.

It's that simple, but so much fun.

TL;DR: Waaay better than The Walking Dead!!!

-----------------------------------

FULL REVIEW

Miss any old fairy tales? Little Red Riding Hood, Three Little Pigs, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid? Have you ever heard a song, Who's Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf? Meet them again in a version you've never encoutered.

Telltale Games have proven themselves once again after successful The Walking Dead with more intense story, darker atmosphere and different choices that effect the story more differently.

Gameplay
- Quick-time event
- Point-and-click
- Feel like watching a movie while playing the game

Story
Dark atmosphere and detective story. Bigby, The Big Bad Wolf, who happens to turn into a sheriff of Fabletown, trying to forget his past and start a new beginning. Then there's a sudden death in Fabletown without any sign or warning. Bigby has to solve this murder case, but things get more complicated when he tries his best to do things right. While in process of finding a murderer, his dark inner self starts revealing. Can he suppress his dark side? Will he be able to win Fabletown? Now everything depends on you.

Characters
Each character has distinctly different characteristics. Their behaviours impact your emotions quite heavily. You'll get angry, super angry. You'll find yourself in another mist of confusing emotion. Then you'll find yourself tied with affection. And so on... roller coaster of emotions.

Graphics
Western comic styles. Improved; more beautiful than The Walking Dead.

[Glass him]
[Threaten him]
[Hit him]
[Kill him]
[Flirt with Snow White]
[Be nice to Snow]
[Protect Snow]
[Then again be nice to Snow]

Ahh... now this is how it feels like to be a big bad wolf...
