MAKER responds well when put under pressure – but prefers not to be pressurized all the time. Makes decisions rapidly and well when dealing with small or personal matters, but still has to gain the confidence to make major decisions. Most of the decisions made turn out to be effective. Tries to follow instructions but can sometimes miss a step or misinterpret what is required. Always looking for the opportunity to negotiate and often successful in getting a good deal. But sometimes MAKER fails to press home the advantage, and doesn't get the best deal possible.
