Cool idea that unfortunately loses its appeal rather quick.
The story is interesting enough, despite most of the side content being repetitive.
All in all, it deserves a play.

When played right you can't even tell what's happening on screen. And I love it.

Very janky but fun. A more modern rendition of Gothic

No cheap jumpscares or chasing monsters, just pure environmental horror and vibes. Definitely recommended.

Big disappointment. The first half of the game really pulled me in, but then the plot takes a huge turn using a definitely overused trope. After that, gameplay becomes 100% on rails and it stops being a detective game altogether.

I was a huge fan of the first two games but this one is, alas, trash. Dropped it while playing the third chapter after being totally fed up with the bugs. The mouse cursor randomly disappears and the camera glitches after some loadings making it impossible to tell where the character is going. Users have been complaining about these issues for years and they have not been patched. Definitely not recommended.

Best redemption story. Game is good now

First try:
Found a new engine in a wreck on the side of the road after the first city; removed fuel tank by mistake; all fuel gone in the middle of nowhere; guess I'm gonna hike to the next petrol station; game proceeds to crash 50 steps later; game didn't save so 'Continue' started from the garage.

Second try:
Arrived again to the first city; went to buy petrol n stuff; Transaction glitches: money is taken out of the wallet, the items aren't released and the gate is blocked shut; no way out.
