I take it all back. I have no idea why it didn't work well on the first run, but I have poured a lot of time into it since. It works wonders. It's very good, very smooth, and I'm very happy.

ORIGINAL REVIEW

A very poor port of the game. None of the Steam integration is present - screenshots, controller support, friends, anything. It runs well and you get all the characters, but that is about it.

Upon the SECOND time launching it, the steam overlay, screenshots, and controllers worked fine. I don't know what the deal is. I still don't recommend it.

What i want to understand is why every person complaining of no controller or stick support is thinking a microsoft published game should support sony products. Microsoft also owns rare on top of it.

Yeah, for whatever reason, the second time I ran it, things worked much better. I went out and downloaded the Xbox controller drivers, which I shouldn't have to do, but whatever... I still dislike the port. It's wonky.

There is friend support, I've invited friends to private lobbies and played friendlies for hours on end. There is also native xbox one controller support, and if you use a ps4/ps3 controller just use DS4 Windows and it will work just fine.
