I spent over 2k hours in Smite 1 and I don't even wanna begin to imagine how much money in total I spent on Smite 1 but at least over 1k euros...

You get Smite 1 skin value back in legacy tokens, which sounds great, but in reality you are not able to buy any skin unless you pay 50% of the price with diamonds (costing real money) on each skin or god mastery you want to buy.
Basically, you can buy barely anything with the legacy tokens you receive from your Smite 1 account.

The developers say that you can earn diamonds for free, but we are talking about a few hundreds of diamonds at most by logging in or doing missions or whatever, while personally my legacy tokens reached over 80k. This means, that I have to buy 80k diamonds equivalent to around +/- 650 euros be able to buy the same amount of skins back or buy god masteries.

Speaking of this, god mastery, is supposed to be a reward you receive for playing a god and grinding the game, and should not be something that is locked behind a paywall.

You'd think that with the release of Smite 2 they'd wanna attract a larger audience, but they didn't only give no incentive of grinding Smite 2, they also betrayed the loyalty of Smite 1 players.

I've been playing Smite since 2015 and I'm very disappointed with Smite 2 in general. The game feels too similar and the excitement regarding the transfer of the Smite 1 to Smite 2 account has dried up completely.

I will likely not continue playing the game as I know many others won't either, because of Smite's short term vision based decision to get as much money as quickly as possible.
I didn't expect it from Smite as they have had a loyal player base for many years.

These guys lied so hard when they said 300 million players in China play this game, this is the worst game ever. Don't even bother downloading it.

Multi-player mode is extremely bugged, game doesn't save properly, bugs you out which forces you to kill yourself and lose progress. Causing you to start over about 3 times, super boring.
