If anyone here is feeling a little down here's a small trick to gain some happiness points shortly :

you get out two frying pans, one of them with sripes at the bottom
get out, buy can of tuna cheese of some sort (gouda being the best choice if available) and a pack of panini bread from some store for like a few rubles or whatever the f*ck your currency is, get back, open up two panini breads, stuff em with tuna & cheese, put em on a frying pan on the heat, and press them with the other stripped pan
