Very fun, progression/monetization is borderline atrocious though

Very fun and great value. Lots of different classes to play.

I understand the flaws with the 2K era WWE games. This has those flaws with a shinier (and very good looking for once) package. I am one of those people that vastly enjoys the simulation style gameplay compared to the arcade style that the series used to be known for. I enjoy the slow paced and more realistic feeling matches. The biggest flaw (besides the embarrasing alpha level bugs sometimes) is the MyPlayer (Career) mode. There are dumb loot boxes, that cannot be purchased from what I see, that are used to lock apperance items among other more essential things. The weekly grind of matches stays interesting through the story or side quests for a bit but inevitably gets dull.

tl;dr: I recommend this (ON SALE) if you enjoy the simulation style gameplay with a much improved look to the series.

Great game if you love pinball and RPGs. Takes some time getting used to being able to control the ball, but once you do it is worth the play through.

I bought this right when it came out and wasn't too happy a year after with the progress. When I looked further into it however I saw that they were remaking a sandbox mode from scratch and waited a few months more. Definitely worth the price and time to play it now if you want to check it out. Great potential for when it is complete.

I enjoyed the last two Arkham games a lot and this one is actually my favorite. If you enjoyed the last two then definitely check this one out. It is not a money grabbing prequel like people make it out to be some of the time.

If you enjoy pinball then you will enjoy this. You will have to pay for certain tables but it's not too badly priced. Best pinball game out there.
