un profil frumos,dar lipseste ceva asa ca o sa iti dau o reteta de clatite facuta ca la carte Ingrediente:
3 oua;
300 g de faina;
300 ml de lapte;
250-300 ml de apa minerala;
3 linguri de unt topit (optional);
1 praf de sare;
optional: 1-3 (maximum) linguri zahar sau dupa gust;
arome: 1 lingurita extract de vanilie sau un plic de zahar vanilat si, daca iti place, putina coaja de lamaie rasa. Aromele se adauga doar daca vrei sa faci clatite dulci;
aproximativ 50 de ml de ulei pentru prajit;
apa minerala sau laptele se pot inlocui si cu apa simpla, insa clatitele nu vor iesi la fel de pufoase.
Mod de preparare:
Primul si cel mai important lucru pe care trebuie sa-l ai in vedere este tigaia. Numai o tigaie buna, de calitate, va asigura o experienta culinara deosebita, dar si mai putin timp pierdut in bucatarie. <3
