An incredible remaster, with new (yet faithful to the original game) visuals, amazing soundtrack that brings back and enhances the feeling of playing RoR1, quality of life and gameplay changes that make the game feel up to date.

The original Risk of Rain was one of my favourite games of all time, but this is a direct improvement, and it shows how much love Hopoo has for it.

Unique visual style, interesting (while mechanically simple) gameplay.
Ending gives me chills every time.

More Edmund, more fun.
