First: Dishonored 2 would be my GOTY 2016. 4 finished games in ~60 hours. My Flesh and Bone run (no powers) was probably like 3-4. My longest was probably 20ish.
Second: It's the first game in YEARS and the first game on Steam to get me to want to do all of the achievements/trophies.

Dishonored 2 is the follow up to Dishonored (shocking, I know). In the first game you play Corvo Attano. In this game you play as Corvo Attano or Emily Kaldwin. By the way, if you haven't played the first game you should get on that and play the DLC too, some of the best DLC to come out for a game.

Story: Without getting into it too much because of spoilers, Emily who is empress, losses her throne via a coup. You choose to play Emily or Corvo and there are story reasons for why it's one or the other. It follows a pretty straight story but just like the first game the attention to detail and the world building are top notch. It's told over 9 chapters that are all self contained. Currently there is a chapter select in development I believe.

Gameplay: Oh boy. Do you want to have fun? You can get really awesome powers to create havoc. You get really awesome powers to sneak and be invisible. You can kill everyone, you can kill nobody. All of this effects the world around you in lots of small and some big ways. The gameplay is really addicting and just sublime. There are multiple routes to most objectives. Just because you go no powers doesn't mean you get screwed. The level design is outstanding. It's so much fun to explore the levels and get around without getting caught or sometimes just killing everyone for breathing. Your first play through you're limited in powers to whoever you pick: Corvo or Emily. In your NG+, ++, +++, etc you get all powers so eventually you can get all of the powers in the game if you wanted to. Crafting bonecharms is also a way to make you turn into a god if you so desire. The game does a good job of letting you play how you want and have good difficulty.

Graphics: When the game first came out there were several issues. There have been a couple of patches and a beta patch currently that has made it really smooth for me. I have a i5-4670k @ 3.4, 16gig ram, 1070 and a gsync monitor.

Loooooooooooooved it.
