Interactive venting by one of my favourite tiny-game devs. If you're open to a little taste of what dealing with an invisible chronic illness is like or you've been there yourself and feel like something relatable, this is free and doesn't take much of your time.
I can say it's quite realistic even in my supposedly "socialist" country, though at least the money aspect is less important.
The ending is obviously quite predictable, but still made me tear up a little with relief.
