Edit: With the recent update, the gear system has become a lot better with free players being able to use up to Legendary grade gear in free dungeons. I'd say the game is now worth giving a shot because of that. The character slots still suck though, being limited to one sucks, so being given an additional one for free would be nice.

Elves are cringe, give me a dwarf manlet survivor.

So not only will Freddy never be the classic one, instead we're stuck with pedo Freddy, but he's also extremely mediocre nowadays.

Out of the two, Quentin is the better one. His perks range from pretty good (Vigil) to situational but can genuinely help you (Pharmacy and Wake Up), and he's relatively quiet.

Still wouldn't recommend it though.

Finally, after three years, I can play my main since XX.

I absolutely adore this game, from the style to the gameplay. It's probably one of the best survival games I've ever played, and even for an early access game, it's got plenty of stuff to sink your teeth into solo or with friends/randos.

As someone who has been playing since 2011, I'm glad they finally made the game playable.
