Grim Dawn is an ARPG just like Torchlight, Path of Exile, Titan Quest and Diablo series. However this one is worthy of it's own merits and definitely worth noticing.

Grim Dawn is a better sequel to Diablo 2 than Diablo 3 is purely from a visual/gameplay point of view. It has a ton of depth, longevity and tons of character experimentation. It's more captivating than recent ARPGS of the same vein and is high recommended to ARPG lovers.
