Such a great game and the remaster felt like a great translation for modern audiences. The 72 hour mechanic became so addicting I couldn't stop playing and had to go for the 100%. It really felt like the game got better with multiple playthroughs as you learned the layout of the mall and special items and events that help you survive.

This game was fantastic. Grace's segments were tense and horrifying and then you got to unwind with some horror action segments as Leon. This might be my favorite RE to date, even over 2 remake. Just playing this game makes me want to go back and 100% the entire franchise. I can't get enough of Leon or Grace and they somehow made me forget how much I missed Ethan Winters.

I disagree with the complaints about length with this game. It felt like it was about as long as 8 and insanely replayable. Absolutely a quality over quantity situation.

Peak Survival Crafting with the perfect Obsidian RPG spin on it. The story is fantastic. Probably some of my favorite base building alongside Subnautica.

I think this game gets an unfair treatment. Sure it didn't hit the story heights or had the atmospheric immersion of the first game but I really think this game stands up to most the story based shooters of the time and did improve on the combat and models from the first game. Where Bioshock 1 is the Horror this is the Action.

I don't really have anything to add to what's already been said about this near perfect game so instead...

In the Garden we are growing
Many changes will be flowing
If you want to be amazin'
See the flowers we are raisin'

My Daddys smarter than Einstein!
Stronger than Hercules!
And lights a fire with the snap of his finger!
Are you as good as my Daddy, Mister?
Not if you don't visit the Gatherer's Garden you aren't!

Developers have been trying for over 2 decades to emulate what made WoW such a cultural staple for so long without success and then this little indie studio comes along and makes the best dungeon crawling experience I've played since Wow. I will be there day one for this game and will be talking to as many people as I can to get more interest generated in this release. Somehow this is one of my most hyped games for 2025 now.

Early Access Review
When we first heard that the developers didn’t have EA planned but let their community talk them into releasing in early access is a red flag that should be studied when talking about game communities ruining the industry.

This game is a demo compared to other early access situations. 21-30fps on the lowest settings on a 6600 and Ryzen 7 5800x is wild. There was clearly more effort put into concepts and themes (highlight of the game for sure) than trying to make this a title than can actually play on a common pc.

I don’t know if the water mechanic is an attempt at unforgiving “hardcore” gameplay but punishing your player base because they don’t log in X times a week is way off mark.

I love when a survival crafting game has a story to give your progression through the tiers of tech some sense of urgency and incentive. While this game did have a story it did seem to end way to quickly and by the time it was over I had a lot more trips into the zone to make and the lack of conversations from the characters made the world feel a tad empty. Performance also left a bit to be desired for this game too.

Upgrading the car was awesome and pretty immersive. The forests did feel like forests we have here in Washington and the in game soundtrack gave me a couple of songs to add to my playlist. Overall I would probably give this game a 8/10.

The City/Colony Survival builder that got me into games like this. 11 Bit has a huge job ahead of them to match up to how great this was.
