If I had a nickel for each time a game's developers just completely screwed over a game in one update despite community backlash and instead of, y'know, LISTENING, doubled down on their terrible feature and implemented it anyway within the past few months, I'd have 2 nickels.

And you won't change your mind on this. I know you won't, VRC. The community is practically 99% of the reason why this game has continued to survive; worlds, avatars, events, so much stuff was provided by the community. You effectively bit the hand that feeds you, and now you're suffering the consequences.

Don't play this game. Don't subscribe to VRC+. If you have the itch to play a VR game like this, ChilloutVR's likely your best alternative - it even supports the same format of avatars that VRC does.

Variety is key when it comes to this game; cosmetics, weapons, gamemodes, even the classes themselves. Something out there will hook somebody into downloading this game.

While the game's free to install, it does open up new opportunities once you spend some money on the game. If I recall correctly, a mere 5 US dollars would add more space to your inventory, allow you full access to trading, give more types of item drops, etc.

However, there are some problems with the default settings and GUI; several key options are disabled by default, and any new player wouldn't just go straight to the options unless they've been told what settings to change right off the bat.

I would personally recommend this game, but it may take a while to get into it if you're new to the FPS genre.
