Since this profile doesn't have anything interesting, I'll teach you how to make churros:
Ingredients:
200g unbleached wheat flour
250 ml of water
50g of butter
1 lemon peel
Salt q.s.
3 eggs
Frying oil
sugar for sprinkling
cinnamon to sprinkle
Preparation:
1. In a pan, bring the water to a boil.
Season with a pinch of salt.
Add the lemon peel and butter.
Let it boil.
2. As soon as it starts to boil, remove the lemon peel and add the flour.
Stir until it comes off the pan.
Put the dough in a bowl and let it cool down a bit.
