PLEASE REPAIR THIS GAME FOR GOD SAKE

The game itself is so much fun, but not in 20 fps on lowest settings while I'm getting around 60 frames in gta V on v. high!!!

SPECS:
Nvidia GTX 760m
Intel i7-4702MQ
16 GB RAM DDR3

Please do something with optimalisation!

CS:GO Review
Can someone explain to me why valve does nothing with this game except for adding more and more crates?
This game looks like from 2008, has outdated engine, server browser created 20 years ago, lots of bugs, which noone fixes and very toxic community.
