[UPDATE]

Months after the "stuck on game loading screen and unable to play for hours" bug appeared, it is still an issue to this day ... unbelievable.

Don't get me wrong, the gameplay is really fun, the characters and in-game graphics are great.
BUT ... the UI is so buggy and out of date ... it's like a game from 5 years ago.
Also, I got stuck in the matchmaking an hour ago and I still cannot get to the main menu.
Developers should really fix the issues before majority of players leave.

Let's not talk about the character balance ... the newest character Azaan in just so OP even after a month.

I really like this game, it's much better then any other Counter Strike game. But the thing I can recommend to you is to not play competitives till u are 100% sure u are able to reach at least gold after 10 games played.
