Hello friends.

More than 3 years ago I did a mistake and traded with wrong person. I wasn't aware of that, but it's still my fault, because I wasn't cautious enough. I've traded some steam gifts for a steam items (sacks of gems, as I remember) and then sold those items on steam market. Soon after that I've received full restriction on my account with reason, that my account is suspected in fraudulent activity. As I understand, those items were stolen or purchased with fake/stolen credit card and I was involved in this scheme unfortunately.
During 2 years I've tried to explain things to steam support in various ways, but failed. Actually I was never able to even talk with someone in steam support in normal way and get some human response. All that I've got past 2 years is regular "You won't get unbanned. You won't get any other response to your ticket". I've asked not to remove ban completely, but change it to trade ban, so I could at least buy games for myself, but didn't receive any response to that too.
Probably it's time to admit that this account is lost.
