DONT BUY IT!

F1 22 is the biggest tr4sh i have ever seen from codemasters (yet).
Why? - Because they didnt change stuff, besides the messed up controls. (they are still not good enough imo).

Fight AI for pace is so annoying because they have unfair adventage with traction control - besides that, they divebomb corners where you CANT OVERTAKE.
Seriously did they even test the freaking AI, they got even worse this year.

AND DONT GET ME STARTED WITH THE SUPER CARS AND F1 LIFE IN GENERAL OMG!!! - prepare to throw up...

EA and Codemasters did their best to destroy the F1 series which was, long years ago, a good series.
Its frustrating and sad.

- graphics are really bad, even worse than before!
- the graphics arent only bad, the game is working hard to kill your pc.
So you probably will have some FPS Drops
(if you havent a high end gaming pc?)
- the controls for players with controller gets more and more weird during the last years
If you want to change the controls to have your optimal gaming expirience, well good luck with the menu.
This can take hours and you may still cant figure out why it doesnt feel right
- speaking of controls:
THE WORST F1 GAME SINCE 2011!!! Some kerbs just turn you around like you driving a 1950s car on ice or something. You cant even figure out what to do because its often not really about the speed, instead its every kerb individually. You have to memorize if you can touch it or not which is super stupid.

Also the developers never heart about a Chassis and something mysteriously called "ground effect"

If you have over 200 km/h a real F1 car wont spin if you get on a kerb, because the car sticks to the ground

Examples:
Eau Rouge/Radillion, get on a kerb, you will spin
Zandvoort last 2 corners
Australia turn 11/12
USA first sector.
JAPAN FIRST SECTOR LITERALLY UNDRIVEABLE

This is unacceptable, its garbage, this is such a bad car contol from codemasters, how am I supposed to enjoy a game like this?
And they wont even change it, this is acctually the worst point of the game

- Other things i havent even mentioned yet like, AI: They race a bit unfair and especially their pace on long stints and at the Qualfying are unrealistic af, missing New Tracks, missing new modification of tracks, missing exact layout of all the tracks, missing bumps on all tracks, bad online servers, missing classic cars, missing other modes, missing fun

Codemasters instead of giving us some stupid passes with bad looking skins (and a paywall), you can instead maybe work on a game and start "thinking", because this makes me vomit!

The best F1 out there.

It has everything. The 2020 cars feel insanely good and the tracks look pretty much like in real.
I personally love the old cars. I hope in the future they make whole seasons with like the 2010 cars (implacate every 2010 car ofc) or something like that. And make the old car races a bit better.
Something I also would wish (in my dreams lol) are old tracks like Brands Hatch, Nürburgring or even let Hockenheim in the game even tho its not in the current season.
But otherwise this game is a must buy as an F1 Fan I cant believe that they fixed this series so hard, before 2017 it was pretty much a mess and with nearly every new game since, the improved themselves and this is the most balanced of all!

The game is just bad. Dont buy it! The servers of this game are sooooo bad, there are so many bugs I noticed and I played this game for 2 hours or so. Embarrasing that the programers want you to buy 20 euros for this bad service. I mean I know they put much effort in this and stuff but I remembered playing it in the beta or something and the game has so many problems. I mean I gave them 20 euros and the servers are not even working how they should work. There is also a thing that if I connect to a normal server, 50 percent of the time my game just broke. I couldnt even close the game with the task manager, I have to restart my whole pc! I mean this makes me so angry the first rule of a game is to functionate and this is clearly not the case in Battalion 1944. The game lags even in the main menu. Its an effrontery to release this unfinished game, and in over a year nothing has changed. Wow what a good game. Oh, also its not for casuals, i got owned soooo many times and killed like 5 people or something. The spawns are crap, the only mode I didnt try was the comp mode but seriously its just a bad copy of COD (and CS). The spawns in COD are just better and the gameplay is more clear than this. Its so random most of the time I didnt know what was going on. The maps are also very brenched, I was never a fan of maps where you can go in every little house with little alleys and this kind of stuff, its just makes a map very unclear and the gameplay really suffers from it.

What else can I say? The comp servers should work because they use the servers of face it, but for real, this is not how a game works. 20 bugs for a game where the only good working servers are not the games servers. Where does the money go? Invest it into fixing your problems mates, I mean this game is out for a year now and its UNPLAYABLE.
There are some good parts, I like the graphic for example and in general, I love the ww2 style, its so nice. This makes me even more mad because this game has so much potential but its fails at the simplest things. I dont even know if anyone in this companys team even know how to program a game. Its awful.

And the other bad things is the gameplay, well if it even works sometimes, its like a very bad copy of COD. I mean you can have your role model and stuff but this is just a copy and a bad one too, because the spawns suck in deathmatch and camping is like the best tacitc in this game and there was this map called Outpast where you play in a forest. I mean there are some reasons why in ww2 games you mostly play in towns and stuff because a war in a forest is just hiding behind a tree and look out sometimes, thats it, thats sooo far away of being fun to play its just a throw up in my opinion.

I know the creators put a lot of work in this, but seriously I dont think they know what they're doing.
