I have about ~400 hours in ck2, or what is known in the paradox community as a sample of the game. With this in mind, i can safely say that this is the most complete game at launch paradox has ever made. It has a few bugs and glitches, but that is not really what it is about.It is A LOT simpler now. I was worried that this would reduce the gameplay experience, but it is not that way at all. The game is fundamentally a lot better designed and RP is now central to the game mechanics. I realized this when i played with a new player to crusader kings and tried to talk him through the game. After one session he seemed to grasp most of the basics. This is a lot faster than it was for most of the people i introduced to ck2.If you were put off by the complexity, but wanted to try: do it now. It has never been easier to get into

Good old Dark Souls 3. Never gets old. Still fun to go back and play through
