I am a HUGE Hitman fan. I have played literally every single one of them, and I own almost all of them. I am going to start by saying this....IF you love Hitman, just like I do, pick this and Hitman 2 up on SALE. I am going to praise this game, then give you my concerns, critique, and changes I wish they would make.

Pros:

- Bigger environments then any previous Hitman titles
- Numerous methods of going about missions
- Missions, actually do have replay value, since each mission has about 5-7 ways you can complete it
- Controls are very smooth, and the environment has never felt so more alive.
- Multitude of weapons / items you can find in each level
- It plays like Hitman, feels like Hitman, and gives you that FIX.

Cons / Critique

In the past Hitman has provided quite a bit of missions to play, however.....now each game without the season passes....gives you about 6-7. How the HELL, do you give us 6 missions, and then expect us to pay for another season? This isn't Rainbow Six. This community has been loyal since day one, and I feel the company really took a bite out of it, by giving us 6 levels, then asking us to pay for the next season, and then to top it off, their newest releases has only 7 levels, and they expect us to pay more again? This is why I said, if you can get both games for a good price, then yeah 13 levels of for the new Hitman is worth it, but with the lack of missions/content, I wouldn't pay more then 20 bucks for Hitman 1, and 30 for Hitman 2. The demo level for Hitman 2 is a joke, oh and by the way, yes that is included in the total number of levels in Hitman 2. It is literally a joke, that this company thinks they can piggy back off of the whole SEASON PASS idea. As a long time advocate of this franchise, I think they did the community wrong by going about it the way they did. they could have at least given us 12 levels, then started a new season and charged 20 bucks for the pass. All in all, I feel like if you buy Hitman alone, you will be pissed with the lack of content, a true fan will still enjoy it, but once you complete each level, you are going to be like what the %!@#?! So if you really wanna get hitman buy both games when its on sale, or in a bundle special sale.

- Example of Lack of Missions versus Prior Installments
:: Blood Money Missions :: (Qty: 12)
:: Absolution Missions :: (Qty: 20)
:: Hitman :: (Qty: 7)
:: Hitman 2 :: (Qty: 6)

Again, I can't stress it enough, IF you are a big fan of the franchise, then yes the game is good, the graphics are good, the gameplay is top notch, but the whole lack of levels, really does take a blow to each newly released (Hitman 1 , Hitman 2) as a standalone game on its own. I hope this review helped someone at least. Happy hunting if you do pick the games up!
