pretty Darn easy until the last 4 gal stages of hard mode, and contains nice bits of story that urges a million comics and ao3. will subtly be waiting for more vanripper games

i personally started at a decently low point of my life. Maybe the writing helped me. Thus, i now love love love PM.
the art style is charming and quite solid... The combat can be confusing for many people, so take note. although its not mandatory to understand it. It is recommended to read what you're going against anyways.
Each episode, (or chapter/canto) which is tied to each of our main cast is imo well written and do explore lots of themes generally seen in real life.
Every character is lovely, and again, charming, because of how they are characters and what the writers characterize them as (including what they go through).

The main cast eventually grow on each other, and you! Sometimes the wait for more story content of them is slightly unbearable.
Progression is genuinely okay compared to some other games, at least regarding the main-story. Don't be scared to lose.
The lore & worldbuilding is quite expansive, so there's lots of food for thought whenever you think beyond our characters and their place in this world. Lore is also developed by PM's previous games.

11/10 experience. did NOT expect to find a presence that boops occasionally so helpful and endearing. walking with someone is unexplainably fulfilling!!?

Thank you, nameless person? it was literally empty (or Zandy? or RLRHRROVER?) who stuck with me for so long.
When we first met at the first bridge, i was like, friend!! You guided me, you were communicative. (very boopy)
When you suddenly vanished after the LOONG slide thingy, I was distraught.
But we found each other past the gateway. You were waiting, pinging in solitude past the gate.
When you suddenly stopped moving, and vanished forever during the blue part, I experienced grief I had never anguished before.
I will miss the lag-spikes that randomly froze you.
