Played the game on Ubuntu Gnome 16.04 with Logitech 710 gamepad (Xpad driver) and I can say that it plays without any problems. Since I got it on sale (3.99 €) it is very good value for money.

Bug Butcher is basically a Pang in a sci-fi environment with really nice cartoony graphics and tight controls on a controller. It is suitable for short daily bursts of play which is a major plus for me. The difficulty is also nicely balanced, it wasn't too easy with some levels taking more than 20 attempts to beat. Game has a local co-op so you can enjoy it with your family/friends.

This is just my kind of game: simple addictive mechanic, nice graphics, tight controls and can be played in short bursts.

Highly recommended.
