"Palworld" happens when you crossbreed "Ark: Survival Evolved" and "Pokémon" with a touch of "Fortnite." Using Pals for building and farming is something I didn't know I needed. Finding and capturing new Pals has been a blast. The game is really fun up to levels 35-40, then it slows down a bit, which is expected since it's still in early access.

Pros:

• The art style is charming and vibrant

• Occasional bugs and performance issues
  
• NPCs are dull and not very engaging

I've spent around 100 hours in "Palworld," reached level 40, and haven't captured all the endgame Pals. I've really enjoyed my time with it. I'll definitely dive back in when the new update comes out at the end of June. Finding new Pals and using their unique equipment has been the core of the fun. Despite performance issues and bugs, since it's still in early access, I highly recommend giving it a try if you like survival games and Pokémon.
