TV game refers to console games in Japanese. Many retro games/consoles from Nintendo and SEGA had TV game instead of console to describe what they are (an example would be the Colour TV Game by Nintendo).

Why does a part of your username say TV Game WAMO? You seem to be in the PC master race so your name should be「Woo — コンピューターゲーム」。Also, you can write "Woo" as ルー or ヴゥー (pronounced as buu). There is no "wu" sound in Japanese.
