1 was running the other day and I was getting nolgastic as I was remembering how to warm-up again- the excitement of the crowd, my entire team screaming at the top of their lungs as you approach the finish line as you compete against other athletes. My former teammates as I run along side them, matching our paces while determined to not let each other down by slowing down. It was steadfast. That was 6 years ago. I want to try to become the person I used to be. I know this isn't a trivial thing to ask of you to show up for me consistently.
