best writing in a game, ever, period. this is the urtext that disco elysium pulled from when shaping its own unique world and it is actually better in many respects. replayable, emotional, philosophical, a singular experience. i strongly recommend turning off the sprite outlines in graphics settings and spending most of your time at original game scale by middle clicking your mouse. i found that at more zoomed out levels the world was less immersive, even though the zoomed in level can make some things harder.
