Hey there, I am currently in the process of making a Silent Hill mod for HLA and was wondering if you by chance had any links to tutorials or what you used to learn how to replace npc models? Any info or tips is greatly appreciated! I'm working with blender currently, didn't know if it was a matter of simply taking an official skeleton frame from an npc and applying to a custom model and converting it or not?
