Early Access Review
If you've come to this game from it's massive coverage on YouTube, PLEASE check out Zeeker's other work, particularly The Upturned and IT STEALS, they aren't multiplayer and gameplay-wise they are very different but they capture that panic-inducing yet hilarious gameplay that Zeekers has always excelled at.

A game of intense panic and goofiness.

Zeekers delivered a very refined and unique panic inducing and slightly goofy experience with It Steals (seriously go play IT STEALS, its like two hours long and it's only like £4) which was my favourite horror game I played this year, and The Upturned is just as good, with a lot more emphasis on the comedy and goofy aspects. Despite this the game is still able to throw the player into a fit of panic whenever it wants. It's a blast to play with the physics engine and I do have a soft spot for the unique and fittingly goofy soundtrack. If you enjoy horror but are maybe looking for something a little less dark or serious than most horror games this might be your cup of tea.

Similarly if you enjoy having fun you should probably pick this game up.

OneShot is a consistently charming game with consistently fun puzzles a brilliant ending, a short and bittersweet game. It also likely has a bunch of secrets that I didn't find in my play through. If you like games like Undertale and OMORI definitely try this one out.

(EDIT) After finding all of the secrets in this game, I would honestly recommend just playing the main story and leaving the game as is. The game has a very strong ending that I believe is dampened by the additional route, not that it is bad, but it does not leave as strong an impression.

From the very limited 40 minutes or so I got out of the chapter (10 minutes of looking for one part that was hidden behind some boxes for some reason, and 5 minutes of getting softlocked because I closed a door behind me and it wasn't programmed to be openable) I enjoyed myself, it reminds me a lot of Bendy and the Ink Machine, and even though I don't like that game as much as others do, this game reminded me of the charm and general workplace logs and vibes that appear in Bendy.

However, I find myself asking why isn't this in the early access section? It's clearly not finished given the pretty bad performance issues I had on a game that does not look particularly good, it is only about 30 minutes for £4 which is downright theft for this little content, the game only contains one actually scary sequence, which mind you is well done, but that's all there really is, and the promise of new chapters for additional payments of £4? These chapters better be longer than this one was.

I can't recommend you this, not because it's bad, but because there is not enough content or quality for the price. If money is absolutely no object then go ahead, if you value your money, buy something else.
