FYI, an Intel Graphics Card uses your PCs CPU and RAM for video processing. It does not have a Graphics Processing Unit or it's own RAM for video. Because of this it is not a gaming video card, and your computer is not built for gaming. Any modern 3D game will struggle on an Integrated Video Card. Your PC may have lots of processing power, but it's not built for games. Sorry. You could spend $130 and get a descent gaming video card, and you will see a world of difference with your gaming. -Just a response to your Cities: Skylines review.
