A very faithful remake of the original game that improves upon it in nearly every way.

More than just a remake of the original Lego Star Wars games, The Skywalker Saga is a complete reimagining. While there are callbacks to the originals, the level design is entirely new and open area based, and each planet has "open space" around it to explore. Unless you choose to do the main story, you have almost complete freedom to wander around and do sidequests, minigames, and find collectibles. The sheer scale of the game honestly impressed me. The graphics are also fairly impressive for a Lego game, and it especially shines in interiors where they actually made everything look like it was built out of bricks. Even the humor is on point. The only thing I can really fault it for is having to listen to Rey every time I boot up the game.

This is a game I can always come back to no matter what. Equal parts roguelike, bullet hell, and Zelda, it's good for either a quick time waster or a long night of trying to unlock everything. I've been dumping dozens of hours into Isaac since the original game so it's something I'll always recommend.

This game was my first exposure to Platinum Games and I loved every second of it. Memes aside, this game is really good at being incredibly over-the-top and making you feel like a badass.

Quite simply my favorite Tower Defense game. You have to stop aliens from stealing the power cores from an ancient defense system, while your experience is being narrated by a posh English AI. There's hundreds of levels, including free DLC levels, each with endless strategy.

A charming, but short, bullet hell shooter set in a futuristic 1600's era where mankind has colonized Mars. Features an orchestrated soundtrack and great pixel art.

This game is incredible. You can import any music into it and it gives you a generated roller-coaster ride timed in tune with the music. It's quite addictive and fun.
