Edit : It's been a week , the patch is out, game still crap, recommended SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS is there for a reason .

I see that you have 1.5 hours... which is under 2 hours, which means you can refund.

While I'm glad you reported and reviewed the game for being bad... to not REFUND it is being part of the problem. If they released a broken product and still get your money... why will it ever change?
