played it for +200 hours I'm now level +140

this'll be a silly happy rant of my favourite things about the game.

I've enjoyed my time with this game,
the only bugs i've encountered is falling through the map a few times from using the cannibal perk.
i mean who hasn't fallen through the world map in a fallout game?

one thing im super Grateful for is how the game doesn't pressure you for not buying a subscription. it feels truly optional.
atom point stuff can reasonably be grinded to a degree to get stuff from the atomic shop.
stash storage can easily be managed by crafting and selling stuff, dropping spare ammo at the various train stations so many other player can have use for it.

the perk card system is fantastic and very free flowing.
wheres other online games would charge you to re-spec 76 allows you to do it on the fly

before this game i played defiance a now closed mmo it featured random world events and fallout 76 has random world events and encounters to keep a player from getting bored. wonderful things.

I really enjoy how you gotta scrap weapons and armor to learn stuff, along with exploration usually leading to
craft recipes, checking vendors and player homes for more stuff to learn.

theres just alot of nice tweaks and changes from fallout 4 that make it feel better.
for example

I love how when you carry too much you aren't stuck walking, but instead it drains AP's the games form of stamina to still jog about freely enough as well as the need to eat and drink giving you buffs with no debuffs for not keeping yourself hydrated and full.
how you can scrap all junk items into base crafting materials to reduce surplus weight.

theres lots of little optimizations you can find here and there that remind you its an online game and is trying to keep things balanced.
you can only throw 2 mines at a time. throw another one and the oldest explodes.
you can only build big a base,
bases have to be designed in a way that allows players to move in them, eg stairs
you can't "really" build floating bases.
a group of dead enemy bodies all group together into a single item after a few moments. eg robots turn into a big pile of metal.

Weehhh I've enjoyed my time with it.
